Agreement

These Terms govern use of Rooted In W3llness, operated by Andrea Wellness Co. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and notify us if you believe your account was accessed without permission. Accounts may not be shared.

Wellness coaching—not medical care

Rooted provides general wellness education, accountability, recipes, workouts, habit tracking, and community support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, dietetic treatment, or emergency services. Content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. Consult an appropriate professional before changing exercise, nutrition, medication, or treatment, especially if you have an injury, pregnancy, eating-disorder history, or medical condition.

If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not use Coach Messaging for urgent or emergency assistance.

Membership and payment

Fees, billing frequency, renewals, cancellation, and any refund terms are presented during enrollment or in a separate membership agreement. Access may be paused or revoked when a membership ends, payment fails, these Terms are violated, or continued access creates a security or safety risk.

Member content and Crew conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Andrea Wellness Co. a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and secure the service and provide coaching. Progress photos are governed by the separate Progress Photo Consent and are not licensed for advertising or public promotion.

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, dangerous, or privacy-invasive content. Do not post another person’s image or private information without permission. We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect members and the service.

Recipes, workouts, and assumption of risk

Recipes and workouts are general information and may not be suitable for every person. You are responsible for considering allergies, dietary restrictions, fitness level, environment, equipment, and health limitations. Stop activity and seek professional help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or other concerning symptoms.

Privacy and communications

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Private Coach Messages can be viewed by authorized Rooted admins and coaches. Service-related communications may be sent through the app, email, or connected membership systems. Marketing messages, where used, will follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Service availability and third parties

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service relies on third parties such as Supabase, Vercel, HighLevel, and meeting or video providers; their separate terms may apply to their services.

Intellectual property

The Rooted In W3llness name, design, original coaching materials, and app content belong to Andrea Wellness Co. or its licensors. Members may use materials for personal, noncommercial purposes only and may not copy, resell, publish, or create competing materials from them without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Andrea Wellness Co. does not promise specific health, fitness, weight, financial, or personal outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrea Wellness Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the app and request account closure. Provisions concerning ownership, member content, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where legally appropriate.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which Andrea Wellness Co. is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly, except where immediate legal relief is appropriate.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
